Aalaya studio provides the highest quality of Clinical Pilates instruction for both exercise and rehabilitation.

Our instructors are trained to develop personalized programs that produce results. These programs can be used to improve back and neck pain, rehabilitate sporting injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, improve core stability, optimise technique and sporting performance. We take an active approach to injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as the maintenance of your health and well being.

In Aalaya Studio we offer one-on-one guided Pilates sessions, as well as small group sessions for up to three people. Before commencing a training program, each new client is required to partake in three introductions classes, where a personalized program can be developed.


Introduction Class

1 instructor 1 student,
60 mins

All new clients are required to take 3 introduction classes. These classes will establish the foundation of your Pilates practice. Assessing your posture, muscular imbalances, current fitness level as well as to go over your personal goals. You will learn your way around a reformer and the basic structure of a studio class.

Private Class

1 instructor 1 student,
60 mins

Private sessions are tailored to build an individualized program that suits your needs and ensures you achieve your goals. You will receive the full attention of the teacher over 60 mins - so all moves and techniques are assessed and adapted as you’re doing them.

Duet Class

1 instructor 2 student,
60 mins

A Duet class lets you synchronize a program with someone who has similar needs and level to you. We can motivate you both while you progress faster because it’s almost the same as doing a private class.

Semi-Private Class

1 instructor 3 student,
60 mins

Semi-Private classes are run on your individualized program at your own pace, with almost one on one attention. We keep track of your progress with close observation and can still amend your programme along the way according to how you’re doing.
